Our policy lasts 30 days (exclusions apply, please see below). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Product must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, worn or damaged.

Exchanges can be made for any product or size. Returns are given in store credit & all sales are final. No returns on Promotional Sales, Discounted Orders, Clearance Items & International Orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access. In the case of approved exchanges customer pays return shipping & we pay with exchanged item's shipping

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. All Sales are Final.
The Customer is responsible for entering all discount or promo codes and to make sure that they have been applied. We cannot retroactively apply discount codes after an order is processed.
